A WORD FROM THE FOUNDER “I’m not a 200-person agency. I’m a founder like you who answers your messages and is still here a year after you’ve launched.”
I’m Nicolas, an Italian founder based in London and Hong Kong. Five years working in international company formation taught me one thing: the people who actually run businesses deserve better than cheap customer support. I don’t disappear when you have a question about the next step.
Who I help?
Founders building global businesses from anywhere
E-commerce sellers
Selling online gets harder when payment platforms decide your country isn’t a priority. You spend hours every month chasing money you’ve already earned, while platforms like Stripe and PayPal hold your funds or block you entirely. A company in Hong Kong puts you in a jurisdiction these platforms trust by default so that the friction will disappear forever.
SaaS and AI founders
You’re selling your software globally, but your company is taxed like a local one. That means paying full tax on revenue earned from customers who’ve never set foot in your country. Hong Kong’s territorial tax system fixes this by treating foreign revenue as outside the local tax base.
Consultants and agencies
Invoicing clients under your personal name keeps you stuck as a freelancer in their eyes, no matter how good your work is. A company in Hong Kong will give your business its own identity in a jurisdiction your clients already take seriously.
